"IntraVet's reminders system works very well. We are very pleased with this part of the system. We send all new clients a personal letter from me, and then we send our regular clients reminders in a newsletter type format.

We just did one on "Birds Behaving Badly," which was a sell-out crowd (we can fit 50 people in our seminar room).
