Lab results from in-house equipment and Web sites can be downloaded into specific patient medical records and be displayed as part of the patient's history. Lab results also can be posted as open invoices. IntraVet currently connects with Idexx VetTest, VetLyte, QBC, LaserCyte, Abaxis HMT, VetScan, Heska and the Antech Web site-and the list is growing. Accounting is made easy. IntraVet can transfer your financial figures to QuickBooks accounting software-thus eliminating any need for entering data twice and enhancing your ability to manage accounting information for your practice. Generating client correspondence is simple. IntraVet offers a complete communications section with many ways to search patient files. You can take the results of your search and easily generate cards, letters and labels. Search results also can be saved as database files (.dbf), text files (.txt) or ASCII delimited files (.asc) to be merged with Microsoft Word. You'll never need to type an address again. Add value to all of your customer interactions by providing LifeLearn Client Handouts. These handouts are linked to the appropriate IntraVet diagnosis codes and print out automatically with invoices or as a separate sheet on demand. They offer important pet care information, pharmacy instructions and even equine health care. The handouts are written by experts and include photographs and other images.
